Mechanical and Electrical Design Consultant Services · University of Dundee

The University Estates and Campus Services Department will have several construction and projects to advance over the next five years which will require the selective input of external consultants, including M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) Design Services.

The scope, standards, and expectations for the provision of M&E design works and associated services are to support the delivery of capital, refurbishment, and maintenance projects within Estates for the University of Dundee.

The appointed M&E design consultant shall provide comprehensive design and specification information suitable for issue as part of tender documents, and support the project throughout the RIBA work stages 0 – 7 (project initiation – to completion) while ensuring construction projects deliver value for money, comply with statutory and procurement requirements, and support the University’s strategic estates objectives.
