Modification Notice Original description: SLC would like to appoint a UK based DCA to make contact with customers who SLC believe are resident overseas. As a minimum it is expected that the contacts will consist of inbound and outbound telephony, letters, emails and SMS. SLC is interested in innovative approaches and strategies that will maximise the number of quality contacts, which in turn will facilitate the achievement of the objectives of the activity. The key objectives are •to collect ICR debt and/or •to complete customer documentation (OVFA) to confirm the customers' current circumstances. Description of the modifications Extension of the contract for 3 months to finalise transition to the new supplier, new termination date 31/03/2026. No change in value Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor: This is to manage customers with an existing payment arrangements to transition to SLC and reduce the risk of the arrangement breaking down.

Modification Notice Original description: Provision of 3rd Party Services to process the payment of Childcare Grants directly to Childcare providers through an online portal. Description of the modifications The contract has been extended through to 31st March 2028, this requires an additional value to be added. Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor: This extension is required because the output of major projects currently being undertaken in SLC will have a direct impact on the specification for these services, that impact is currently unknown. This makes it extremely difficulty to present a coherent set of requirements to the market for the procurement of a replacement service at this point in time. This position will be kept under review.

Modification Notice Original description: The contract will support SLC in the development of our new Target Operating Model, developing a number of design options, that will underpin our organisational wide transformation programme, Enable. The aim of the programme is to create a Simpler, Modern, Digital Student Loans Company delivering better outcomes for all and be recognised as an exemplar of Public Service Excellence. Description of the modifications The contract will be extended for a further 6 weeks to provide additional support to implement the TOM design for the Digital and Data Directorate. Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor: This is a continuation of work already carried out by the same provider, it is an integral part of a wider strategic project. To change contractor now would be to the detriment of the progress already achieved.
