Inverclyde Council requires the Provider to provide a Mental Health Recovery Support Service which provides personalised and collective support to adults with mental health and /or drug and alcohol related issue. In delivering the Service, the Provider shall have regard to and support, where relevant and proportionate to the Services, the principles, objectives and outcomes of the New Scots Refugee Integration Strategy and any successor national refugee integration strategy or associated delivery framework applicable during the term of the Contract.

The Recovery Service (Alcohol and Drugs) operates within a complex national and local policy environment that recognises alcohol and drug-related harm as a significant public health challenge. The commissioned services will contribute directly to the delivery of the Inverclyde Alcohol and Drug Partnership Strategy 2024-2029, which sets out a vision that individuals, families and communities can live healthy lives free from alcohol and drug harms through choice, dignity and recovery.

Inverclyde Council are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to undertake Road Lighting and Traffic Sign Lighting maintenance within the boundaries of Inverclyde.
