This framework is for the provision of comprehensive employee benefits and occupational health services. The framework is structured into two main divisions: Lot 1 (Occupational Health and Related Services) and Lot 2 (Employee Benefits and Services). The objective is to provide Public Sector employers with access to high quality, flexible, and legally compliant services designed to support and protect the physical, mental, and financial wellbeing of their workforces. Under Lots 1.1 to Lots 1.4, services are structured to provide a consistent, baseline standard of occupational health and eyecare/ hearing solutions that may cover, but will not be limited to: - Managed Service Occupational Health and Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) - Occupational Health Services - Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) - Eyecare and Hearing Services (including DSE eyesight tests, spectacles, and hearing checks) Under Lots 2.1 to Lots 2.3, suppliers will be required to provide Buyers’ staff with access to a range of benefits, typically hosted via a secure, centrally branded Online Employee Benefits Platform that reflects the individual identity of each Buyer. Depending on the selected lot, this will include: - Employee discounts and automated cashback schemes - Reward and recognition (including physical/e vouchers and bespoke non financial e cards) - Technology and smartphone schemes (available as salary sacrifice, net pay deduction, or direct discount options) - Cycle to work schemes - Childcare vouchers / payroll giving - Wellbeing services (including financial wellbeing and education, bereavement services, dental cover, gym memberships, and online holistic wellbeing resources)

Nature of this Exercise This is a preliminary market engagement exercise and not a competitive procurement or invitation to tender. The functional and technical requirements provided with this brief represent KFRS's current understanding of its needs. They are being provided to give suppliers sufficient information to determine whether they have a product or solution that could potentially meet the requirement. Suppliers are not required to provide a detailed response against each individual requirement or complete the requirements schedules on a line-by-line basis. Responses will not be evaluated or scored as tender submissions. Instead, KFRS is seeking a brief, high-level response that will enable us to understand whether a proposed solution appears sufficiently aligned with our needs to warrant further exploration. Crown Commercial Service (CCS) set up a dynamic purchasing system for a period of 60 months and has invited bidders to request to participate for the Cyber Security Services 3 DPS. This DPS provides central government departments and the wider public sector with the opportunity to procure cyber services from a range of suppliers. The DPS filters are for certification, services, standards and experience. CCS set up a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for a period of 48 months with the extension option of 24 months. A further extension period of 43 months has been implemented. The total duration of this DPS is 9 years and 7 months and the end date is 27 October 2028. Bidders can request to participate for this DPS for its 115 month duration including any extension periods. Due to the ongoing growth and development of the Open Banking market, Crown Commercial Service (CCS), as the Authority, intends to put in place an agreement for Open Banking Services for use by Central Government and the Wider Public Sector. The Agreement will be a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). This will be called RM6301: Open Banking DPS (Data, Digital Payments and Confirmation of Payee Services). This agreement will provide a vehicle for Central Government and the Public Sector to source Open Banking Services, including but not limited to: Digital Payment Services Account Information Services Confirmation of Payee (CoP) Services This will be the first agreement for Open Banking Services CCS has developed. We intend to launch for supplier onboarding from late July with the DPS anticipated to go live for use in the Autumn. The agreement is expected to run for 8 years and suppliers will have the opportunity to onboard throughout this duration.
