This notice is to advise that Fife Council intend to contract with Allan Water Homes Ltd to design and build 56 new homes by way of a section 75 planning obligation

Fife Council's Roads Operations are responsible for the provision of a local transport strategy for Fife Council, which includes the construction and maintenance of carriageways and footways within Fife. The purpose of the tender is to meet all the requirements in the supply of road stone materials and other general quarry requirements, which includes aggregates, dry and coated materials, as well as ready mix concrete. Roads Operations activities take place across Fife and cover a range of works, therefore access to a range of suppliers across Fife is critical

Fife Council require to put in place a Framework for annual servicing of Heat Recovery Units (MVHR) which are installed in new build and existing housing stock throughout Fife. The units are fitted to ensure that the properties are well ventilated limiting the potential of condensation and mould.

Fife Council has a requirement for servicing to be carried out on Heat Recovery Units that have been installed in new build housing and existing housing stock throughout Fife. The table below provides an indication on the units installed, more details can be found within the asset register provided.

Fife Council is looking to engage with potential suppliers for a Sprinkler Service, Maintenance and Repair Framework. This requirement will be split into two Lots: Lot 1 – Non-Domestic - Sprinkler Service, Maintenance and Repair Lot 2 – Domestic - Sprinkler Service, Maintenance and Repair The average annual spend across both Lots is GBP 161,000.

Provision of business support services for Fife Council sites.

Fife Council is seeking a supplier for the supply, installation and maintenance of river level monitors across Fife. This includes the maintenance of existing water level and flow monitoring sites at 14 locations, and the installation of monitors at 15 new locations

The Health & Social Care Partnership (H&SCP/The Partnership) wishes to commission services for a group of four (4) individuals, aged 16 and over, who have learning disabilities, severe and enduring mental illness/disorders, and/ or physical disabilities which often disrupt significant areas of their lives, including relationships, employment, housing, and self-care, leading to a need for specialised support services, to provide care and support in their current accommodation. Their accommodation is split over two properties in the same street located in Oakley. Two (2) individuals share one property and Two (2) share a second property next door.

Fife Council is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the provision of vehicle recovery services for its fleet of vehicles and plant. The fleet comprises over 1000 vehicles and plant, and includes light vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes and heavy vehicles up to 44 tonnes.
