Emergency Accommodation is Hotel or Bed & Breakfast (B&B) style accommodation which the Council may need to use when there is no other form of temporary accommodation available to meet demand. The council will be purchasing a room on a per night basis only and will have no responsibility for any aspect of the accommodation. East Lothian Council (the Council) will be inviting bids from suitably qualified, competent, capable and experienced contractors who wish to be a successful contractor on a Term Maintenance Contract for Planned & Reactive Maintenance for Gas, Oil and LPG for Non-Domestic Properties. The Term Contract will include the Provision of Annual Inspection, Servicing, Testing, Repairs & Maintenance Contract for Non Domestic Properties for the following: -Natural Gas -Oil -LPG The Term Maintenance Contract will cover a 3-year period from date of acceptance with option to extend it once for 1 year. The Term Contract is expected to start around 31st December 2026. This tender process is a two-stage process with the first stage consisting of a selection stage based on the SPD (Single Procurement Document) where the number of tenderers will be restricted using non-discriminatory selection criteria.

The requirement is for a therapeutic intervention service for children and young people, between the ages of 5 - 14 years. In line with the principles of GIRFEC , the Council is committed to promoting, supporting and nurturing children and young people’s mental health and well-being. The Council also has a commitment to trauma responsive approaches and practice. The service provider must be able to demonstrate their own commitment to trauma informed practice and GIRFEC principles. The Service will complement existing supports and will be one of many interventions available to support children and young people.

East Lothian Council (ELC) requires a contract for Portable Appliance Testing. Its core purpose is to procure a competent contractor to carry out the inspection, testing, and minor repair of portable electrical equipment across a wide range of council-owned properties.

East Lothian Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider to provide capacity at a facility for the receipt and treatment to a standard which is deemed BSI PAS 100/110 compliant of separately collected food waste. Please note that the organic waste will be delivered by the Council to the Service Provider’s nominated Treatment Facility or Reception Point using Council‑operated vehicles.
