Multidisciplinary Consultancy Services Framework · The Crown Estate

The Crown Estate intends to establish a multi-supplier, multi-lot framework under the Procurement Act 2023 for the future award of call-off contracts for multidisciplinary consultancy services supporting capital projects across its London Commercial, London Residential and Regional property portfolios.

The framework will cover project management, architectural, engineering and specialist consultancy services, including structural and building services engineering, fire engineering, sustainability, acoustics, specialist lighting, cost consultancy, building control, measured surveys, asbestos services, and health and safety consultancy.

Services may be required throughout the project lifecycle, from strategic definition and design through procurement, construction, completion and post-completion. The framework will be awarded using the competitive flexible procedure.
