The services will support the maintenance, repair and, where instructed, improvement of Hanover’s properties, including occupied homes, void properties, communal areas, supported and sheltered housing, offices and other managed properties.
The procurement is divided into regional and workstream-based Lots, and successful providers will be required to deliver safe, customer-focused, compliant and well-managed services throughout the contract term.
