- Tree inspections (saplings only) The contract requires all operatives to understand their legal responsibilities relating to protected species, nesting birds, habitats, pollution prevention, waste handling, and safe working practices. Maps of each location will be made available to bidders during the tender process. You will be requested to message via the Delta e-portal asking for access to the maps with an email address, a link to the documents will then be shared to that email address.
