The Council is publishing this Prior Information Notice to engage with the market and provide early visibility of potential future procurement activity.
The PIN is intended to inform suppliers of the nature and scope of the forthcoming requirement. The Council anticipates that services will be delivered in accordance with relevant industry standards, health and safety legislation, and traffic management requirements, with a focus on quality, durability and minimising disruption to road users.
