The Authority wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to co-ordinate, manage and deliver these services in an efficient, timely and compliant manner.
The appointed Contractor will be responsible for managing the end-to-end service delivery, providing professional advice, handling complex property matters, and ensuring value for money. These services will support effective asset management, minimise risk, and enable the Authority to make informed decisions in relation to the acquisition and disposal of property assets.
